Thank you for caring

The Andalusia Area Humane Society is dedicated to helping abused and neglected animals in Covington County. Our mission is to promote a safe haven for needy animals and to advocate the importance of controlling the pet population through spay/neuter procedures.
Our charitable organization depends heavily on private donations and fundraising activities to provide community pet services and to support our mission.
AAHS is always in need of new members who truly care about the welfare of animals. If you would like to learn more about your local chapter of the Humane Society, please call Margaret Goodspeed at 343-6455.

2012 Doggie Dash is Oct. 27 at Robinson Park in Andalusia, click here for a registration form.

Visit the Andalusia Animal Shelter

Please visit the Andalusia Animal Shelter (River Falls St.) to see what pets are available for adoption. There are always animals in need of loving homes. You can like them on Facebook and see many of the animals up for adoption. They also have a wish list and would truly appreciate donations of food and other supplies. You can also look for pets online at www.petfinder.com.
